How long does shipping take to the US?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, then delivery usually takes 4–14 business days. Most orders arrive in 5–17 business days in total. Shipping options and any applicable charges are shown at checkout before you pay. See our shipping policy for details.

Where do you ship from?

From our overseas fulfilment partner.

Where's my order?

You'll get a tracking email once your order ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to start updating. Can't find it? Email Contact@auraglowhub.com with your order number.

Can I return my order?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened or used face tools can't be returned. If something arrives damaged or defective, email Contact@auraglowhub.com with photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you. See our return policy.

How do I use my tool?

Each product page has a quick how-to. Always follow the instructions supplied with your product.

Are these medical devices?

No. Our tools are cosmetic beauty tools for your at-home routine. They're not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

Is the rose quartz real?

Yes, natural rose quartz. Every stone is a little different in color and markings.
