We ship to the United States from our overseas fulfillment partner. Processing takes 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Standard delivery after dispatch is estimated at 4-14 business days, so most US orders arrive within 5-17 business days total. These are estimates, not guarantees; customs and carrier delays can change the timing. Orders placed on weekends or holidays start processing on the next business day.

Standard shipping to the United States is free on all orders. We do not currently offer expedited shipping.

When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Tracking may take 24-48 hours to update after shipment. If your package appears lost, or tracking says delivered but you did not receive it, contact contact@auraglowhub.com with your order number so we can investigate.
