Where we ship

We ship to the United States and to a selected list of international destinations. The shipping options available for your country are shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment. Weekend and holiday orders start the next business day.

Delivery estimates (United States)

Standard delivery is typically 7-15 business days after shipment. Our products ship from our overseas fulfilment partner, so the total time from order to doorstep is usually 8-18 business days. These are estimates and can vary with the carrier and with customs. Delivery to other countries can take longer.

Shipping costs

Free standard shipping on every order. There is no minimum order value. Any applicable shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Customs and duties

Orders are shipped from outside the United States. Import duties and taxes are rare on orders of this value, but where they apply they are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

You get a tracking email when the order ships. Tracking can take 24-48 hours to start updating after you receive it.

Lost packages

If tracking shows delivered and you did not receive it, email Contact@auraglowhub.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we will open a carrier investigation.
