Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times to the United States

We ship all orders directly from our fulfillment partners. Standard delivery takes 7-15 business days. Expedited options may be available at checkout for 5-8 business days delivery. These are estimated times and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat shipping rate of $4.99 applies. Expedited shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipment confirmation email.

Lost or Stolen Packages

AuraGlow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided. If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at support@auraglow.com within 7 days of the delivery date.

International Shipping

Currently, we ship to the United States only. We are working to expand our shipping destinations in the near future.
