30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: items that have been opened or used for hygiene reasons, items damaged due to misuse, and items returned after the 30-day window.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@auraglow.com with photos. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
To initiate a return, email us first at support@auraglow.com. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for items over $50.
