Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your AuraGlow Hub order.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items

Opened or used items that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons cannot be returned. Damaged-by-misuse items and returns requested after 30 days are not eligible.

How to start a return

Email us at Contact@auraglowhub.com with your order number. Do not ship anything back until we confirm and send you a return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we email you the result. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or defective items

If something arrives damaged or defective, email Contact@auraglowhub.com with photos within 7 days of delivery. We will replace it or refund you, and you will not pay return shipping.
